Ideally have a Product strategy and Product Operations background, or similar Product Management experience.
Be comfortable with portfolio management and SaaS metrics.
Be comfortable with Pendo and customer research.
Be comfortable with pricing and packaging.
Be able to work directly with executives while personally building analyses and operating mechanisms.
Demonstrate the ability to use AI tooling and build practical agents or workflow automations.
Be commercially minded and willing to challenge low-value activity.
Be able to work frequently synchronously with Product Leadership and partner with team members globally.
Speak and write in English fluently.

Operate portfolio planning, the product prioritization list and dashboard (GPL), governance, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.
Own executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.
Own Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.
Operate PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices.
Own the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-through.
Maintain use-case, capability, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU mappings.
Partner with Finance and GTM on pricing, packaging, product performance, and monetization analysis.
Improve existing planning, KPI, and reporting processes.
Build AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer evidence, detect portfolio risks, and reduce manual Product Operations work.
Identify weak evidence, force decisions, and ensure agreed actions close.
