Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in product, data, analytics, or a related field.
- Have exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, including sharing models, permissions, or listings.
- Understand SQL and modern data concepts.
- Be familiar with data quality, governance, and security concepts.
- Have experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
- Demonstrate technical writing skills, including developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate effectively across Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of customer use cases, Lightcast data products, platform integrations, and how customers consume and share data.
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support backlog management and engineering delivery against roadmap commitments.
- Support data contracts, including schemas, versioning, deprecation processes, and customer migration paths.
- Monitor data quality, including freshness, null values, and duplicates, and help resolve issues that affect reliability.
- Support product launches with changelogs, migration notes, documentation, and internal enablement.
- Assist with incident triage and root cause analysis.
