Job Details

Bring 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
Have experience with complex acquisition funnels or marketplace environments.
Demonstrate strong user research skills and comfort engaging directly with users.
Connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, and real estate economics such as rent, ROI, and occupancy.
Have experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
Demonstrate expertise in Figma and interaction design across web and mobile.
Apply systems thinking and component reuse in UI design.
Be familiar with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative insights.
Have experience designing AI-powered features and using modern AI tools in design practice.

Lead design from problem definition and exploration through prototyping, launch, and iteration across PadSplit’s marketplace.
Turn complicated workflows, rules, and marketplace dynamics into clear, intuitive experiences.
Interview and observe members and hosts to understand their needs and translate insights into product improvements.
Partner with product managers to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and connect customer needs with business outcomes.
Use data, customer feedback, prototypes, and experiments to test assumptions and improve experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, operations, and data partners to develop and deliver solutions.
Build responsive interfaces in Figma using components, interaction patterns, and PadSplit’s design system.
Prototype and design AI-powered features alongside engineering, ML, and AI teams.
