Job Details

Demonstrate strong craft in product and interaction design, with proven experience building digital products, particularly mobile applications.
Combine leadership maturity and strategic alignment with a desire and ability to remain hands-on.
Be proactive, autonomous, organized, and clear and structured in communication.
Show exceptional prototyping skills, exploring multiple product design directions based on hypotheses and technical, business, and experience goals.
Have experience across the product development process, from problem framing through detailed UI and visual design.
Provide a portfolio demonstrating the design and shipment of industry-leading digital products.
Have experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions.
Have experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders.
Have knowledge and experience in user psychology, research methodology, and usage data.
Have fluent verbal and written English skills.

Drive design excellence through hands-on product and interaction design.
Influence strategic decisions while collaborating with designers and stakeholders across domains.
Use AI in the design workflow to improve productivity and explore new ways to build user experiences.
Mentor designers and take proactive steps to improve design quality and craft skills.
Understand user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with leaders of other disciplines and influence the roadmap with a strong design point of view.
Facilitate processes between squads and teams.
