Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or application-heavy environments.
- Be fluent in Figma, including components, autolayout, variables, prototyping and dev mode.
- Be comfortable with both rough flow mapping and pixel-level UI design.
- Bring strong product judgment and identify when a feature is headed in the wrong direction.
- Have experience designing data-dense desktop web products and native mobile experiences.
- Understand responsive design, accessibility and common patterns for complex applications.
- Be comfortable talking with users, running usability tests and turning feedback into product direction.
- Write clearly in async settings and be able to run design reviews through text.
- Work independently without close supervision.
- Have at least 4 hours of overlap with the core team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, validate direction, ship work and stay involved after launch.
- Design across web apps, native iOS and Android, embeddable widgets and user portals.
- Maintain and evolve Figma libraries, components, autolayout and variables.
- Prototype using tools that produce a real, testable artifact quickly.
- Communicate design work through feature decks, recorded walkthroughs, written specs and Figma comments.
- Review builds, flag design drift and balance pixel fidelity with shipping decisions.
- Manage priorities across product areas in alignment with the Product Lead.
