Requirements
- Have previous experience in the printing or packaging industry.
- Have 1–2 years of current sales or customer service experience in the printing industry.
- Have a college degree.
- Have a strong understanding of commercial print and packaging technology.
- Be solution-oriented and confident.
- Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and build personal relationships.
- Be able to travel.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and execute sales plans, including identifying buying influences and working through the sales process.
- Establish and manage accounts and support customer satisfaction.
- Sell the single-source provider approach and provide consultative representation by diagnosing issues and offering solutions.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, clarifying requirements, coordinating internal resources, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Develop and report sales forecasts and activity against plan.
- Document prospecting using Salesforce.com and HubSpot, and record sales and customer service activities.
- Present work to clients at production milestones and follow through on client feedback.
- Train, support, and troubleshoot delivered work during and after projects.
