Requirements
- Hold a current license to practice independently without supervision, such as Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Psychologist.
- Have diagnostic privileges.
- Have 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Have 2+ years of experience in telehealth and QA.
- Experience with high-acuity clients is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI is used in or impacts the clinical field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct room and documentation audits to investigate complaints, assess findings, and identify improvement opportunities and risks.
- Assist with the Interrater Reliability initiative.
- Develop and evolve criteria for evaluating clinical quality.
- Support network providers with clinical issues and connect them with peer consultants as needed.
- Coordinate with clinical and network leaders on special clinical projects.
- Assist with clinical risk management and provide cross-departmental clinical support.
- Coordinate with Quality Management on audits and practitioner action plans.
- Assist with developing clinical policies and procedures.
- Assist with provider performance monitoring and remediation.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
