Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
- Have 4-8 years of project management experience at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.
- Demonstrate experience building and managing client relationships.
- Have a track record of delivering pharmaceutical marketing solutions in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Understand medical, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Understand the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
- Have proficiency with project management systems and tools.
- Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Work with team leads to plan and manage resourcing.
- Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
