Requirements
- Solid experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management.
- A track record of expanding six- and seven-figure ARR accounts.
- Success selling to financial services, professional services, or large corporates.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes, legal and procurement reviews, InfoSec reviews, and multi-year contract negotiations.
- Ability to build value hypotheses, articulate ROI to CFO- and CCO-level stakeholders, and defend pricing.
- Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene; Salesforce or equivalent experience.
- Comfort operating in a MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
- Direct experience selling into MLRO, financial crime, sanctions, or trust & safety functions.
- Exposure to AI, data, or analytics products and comfort discussing model behaviour, accuracy trade-offs, and governance.
- Right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale lifecycle for named accounts, from onboarding through renewal readiness.
- Maintain executive and operational relationships across accounts and deliver success plans and Executive Business Reviews.
- Identify and mitigate retention risks, customer health concerns, and account expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer and Partner Success & Growth on account strategy and renewal planning.
- Represent customer needs to Product, Engineering, and leadership, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Identify and prioritise target channel partner types and build a qualified pipeline through prospecting and relationship development.
- Present the channel partner value proposition and tailor OEM, revenue-share, or white-label commercial models.
- Negotiate and execute a strategic channel partner agreement with Legal and Customer and Partner Success & Growth.
- Onboard one new partner and coordinate technical enablement, commercial alignment, and partner-facing materials.
