- Have strong proficiency with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Have excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable backend services for Veeva Ostro’s SaaS platform.
- Architect and scale high-performance APIs.
- Partner cross-functionally to design and ship new features.
- Provide technical feedback on product roadmaps and feature scoping.
- Champion quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and clean architecture.
- Optimize application and database performance to handle growth.
- Evaluate emerging backend technologies to improve engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve live system issues to maximize uptime.
