  • Have 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Be comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and employee data.
  • Bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a customer-service mindset.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Have professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Preferred: experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS, such as Workday.
  • Preferred: experience supporting employees and People Operations across multiple countries or entities.
  • Preferred: experience supporting payroll and benefits processes.
  • Preferred: advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Preferred: experience with HR reporting, process improvement, or automation.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, employee records, and statutory leave documentation.
  • Support global HiBob/HRIS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and workflows.
  • Provide employee data for payroll and benefits processes and help resolve discrepancies with relevant teams and providers.
  • Respond to People Operations questions and process inquiries from global employees and managers.
  • Support People & Culture activities and general office needs at the Poland site.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, compliant, and audit-ready employee records.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate global People Operations processes.
