- Bring 8+ years of professional product design experience.
- Have experience with high-design-bar technology companies and growth-stage startups.
- Provide a strong portfolio of scaled B2B SaaS or complex web-based products.
- Have hands-on individual-contributor experience within the last 2+ years.
- Demonstrate strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bring excellent visual design, interaction design, and storytelling abilities.
- Have strong technical fluency and cross-functional communication skills.
- Preferred: experience in FinTech, SaaS, enterprise software, or complex business products.
- Preferred: experience with AI products, platform systems, permissions, integrations, or data visualization.
- Preferred: experience with design systems and mentoring other designers.
- Preferred: a degree from a leading design program such as RISD, SCAD, or a comparable institution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from concept through launch.
- Define product vision and design strategy with Product and Engineering teams.
- Design complex B2B SaaS workflows and scalable user experiences.
- Simplify complex business problems into intuitive product solutions.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable product patterns.
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product decisions.
- Lead design reviews and maintain a high standard for visual and interaction design.
- Mentor designers and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
