Requirements
- Have 2+ years of product management experience for a software company.
- Have experience obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and incorporating them into a cohesive design.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate underlying needs.
- Be self-motivated, resourceful, and independent.
- Write product requirements specifications and manage backlogs.
- Lead engineering and QA teams to deliver in an agile environment.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Bring a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Life sciences industry experience, particularly with commercial, medical, or field teams, is a plus.
- Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models is a plus.
- Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform is a plus.
- A software development or computer science background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery.
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements.
- Drive ideation and development of new AI features in core commercial software.
- Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA teams to create detailed product specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in daily standups to support smooth execution and timely releases.
- Present roadmaps and feature demos to customers and internal stakeholders, and gather feedback.
- Serve as a product subject matter expert across solutions consulting, services, and support.
- Guide features from concept through release, quality, and adoption.
