Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise business application software.

- Demonstrate skills in design and solving complex problems.
- Have experience with phased product development and planning.
- Manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- Take ownership of work and remain focused and driven.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Life Sciences or Quality Management Software products is a plus.
- Experience with digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Experience designing data models to support business processes is a plus.
- Experience developing configurable Enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, configure, and iterate on product capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal audiences and external customers.
- Author product specifications and design UI flows to communicate actionable requirements to engineering.
- Work with QA to test capabilities and ensure they function as designed.
- Prioritize improvements to support on-time delivery.
- Create content on business value, configuration best practices, and how to use delivered capabilities.
- Monitor innovation and market trends and engage customers and internal audiences to identify improvements.
- Turn learnings into an actionable product roadmap and align with cross-functional teams.
