Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience working with or for organizations in life sciences or healthcare as a consultant, business representative, or IT representative.
- Bring technical ability and willingness to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
- Collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Be a team player with strong organizational skills.
- Be able to act with speed in a complex environment.
- Be able to travel 25%–50% as required by the business.
- Nice to have: consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor.
- Nice to have: knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Operations.
- Nice to have: experience with life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Guide life sciences customers in configuring and implementing Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, and Veeva Publishing.
- Lead configuration requirements workshops.
- Design and document solutions, then prototype and deploy them.
- Manage programs and projects, including resource planning.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Communicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
