Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience in application security, security architecture, or DevSecOps.
- Have experience designing or assessing the security of applications, microservices, and APIs.
- Know OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10, and OWASP ASVS.
- Have practical knowledge of CI/CD and AppSec or DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Be able to threat-model systems and assess technical changes for security.
- Communicate security topics as concrete practices for development teams.
- Have English-language skills sufficient for ongoing communication.
- Preferred: experience securing applications that use LLMs, AI agents, and MCP.
- Preferred: knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, MITRE ATLAS, or MAESTRO.
- Preferred: experience developing secure AI-Native SDLC, including hardening and sandboxing agent environments.
- Preferred: experience automating security processes and creating mechanisms that support development teams.
Responsibilities
- Support development teams in designing and developing applications according to Security by Design and Security by Default principles.
- Develop secure AI-Native SDLC practices, including security for agent environments, MCP, sandboxing, and developer-support mechanisms.
- Translate security architecture into CI/CD mechanisms and develop DevSecOps practices.
- Support the design of secure architectures for applications using LLMs and AI agents.
- Threat-model applications and AI systems using methods including STRIDE and MAESTRO.
- Assess application, infrastructure, and architectural changes for security.
- Create security standards and guidance and promote security practices across the organization.
