Requirements
- Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in cybersecurity concepts.
- Demonstrate expertise in network security.
- Demonstrate expertise in Content Delivery Network principles; this is a mandatory requirement.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively in verbal and written discussions and through listening.
- Prioritize tasks in a dynamic customer setting.
- Build professional relationships with customers.
- Identify blockers and opportunities and design and execute efficient resolutions.
- Collaborate with teammates, support them, and share knowledge.
- Be fluent in English for client discussions and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers alongside a Security Consultant to identify challenges and recommend solutions using Akamai's portfolio.
- Assess existing customer setups and recommend actionable security improvements.
- Design, deploy, and verify security configurations.
- Explain testing processes on the Akamai staging network to customers as required.
- Assist long-term customers daily to keep their setups optimized and aligned with current security best practices.
