Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Bring strong engineering fundamentals applicable across languages, frameworks, and environments.
- Have hands-on programming experience with languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- Understand software design, data structures, testing, performance, and security well enough to direct AI agents and review their output.
- Use LLM-based tools regularly for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, or code review.
- Have strong Linux fundamentals.
- Have experience building, maintaining, or troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines or runners.
- Be able to turn unclear requirements into technical plans, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on impact.
- Have experience shipping projects in high-accountability environments with direct responsibility for results.
- Use professional English and communicate status and technical trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, delivery, and ongoing operation of internal intelligence systems.
- Translate broad business needs into technical plans and make architecture, implementation, and priority decisions.
- Identify problems and opportunities for improvement proactively.
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate technical trade-offs, progress, risks, and blockers.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex, and independently review, test, and validate their output.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across architecture, infrastructure, cloud resources, and observability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, improve monitoring, and maintain system reliability.
