Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in web development.
Have experience with CMS; headless CMS experience is a plus.
Thoroughly understand consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL API experience is a plus.
Thoroughly understand at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, and its fundamental principles.
Have experience with public speaking.
Have experience organizing meetups or other events.
Have a strong command of the English language.
Bring good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Developer support, customer calls, or other developer relations experience is desirable.
Technical writing experience is desirable.
Demonstrate AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.

Help developers, partner agencies, and customers understand Storyblok and implement headless architecture.
Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, attend webinars, record instructional videos, and give product demos.
Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples showcasing Storyblok and headless content management.
Identify and document missing pieces and technical issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
Help external developers overcome missing functionality and technical issues.
Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
Propose product features based on interactions with enterprise customers and the developer community.
Monitor, engage with, and support the Storyblok community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events, public speaking opportunities, and sponsored events.
