Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Have experience with CMS; headless CMS experience is a plus.
- Have thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL API knowledge is a plus.
- Have thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, and its fundamental principles.
- Have experience with public speaking.
- Have experience organizing meetups or other events.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Have a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Developer support, customer calls, developer relations, and technical writing experience are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Help developers, partner agencies, and customers understand Storyblok and implement headless architecture.
- Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, attend webinars, record instructional videos, and give product demos.
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples showcasing Storyblok and headless content management.
- Identify and document missing pieces and technical issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
- Help external developers overcome missing functionality or technical issues.
- Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
- Propose product features based on interactions with enterprise customers and the developer community.
- Monitor, engage with, and support the community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
- Represent Storyblok at events and public speaking opportunities, including leading booths at sponsored events.
- Help guide the roadmap for documentation, tutorials, and onboarding.
