Requirements
- Take an unclear idea through discovery, build, testing and supported release without waiting for a fully specified ticket.
- Demonstrate strong modern SharePoint information architecture, including permissions, metadata, document control and governance.
- Have recent hands-on delivery experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Have delivered grounded, permission-aware Copilot or Copilot Studio experiences.
- Map business processes, identify source systems, design common identifiers and avoid uncontrolled duplication.
- Provide concise updates, escalate issues early and maintain disciplined documentation.
- Maintain dependable Auckland-hours overlap and work an 8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM–8:00 PM New Zealand time window, Monday to Friday.
- Disclose existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect the engagement on LinkedIn.
- Nice to have: Power BI semantic models, Dataverse, custom connectors, ALM, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, ERP/PDM integration, PnP or SPFx.
Responsibilities
- Discover and map processes, owners, exceptions, sources of truth and acceptance criteria.
- Own SharePoint information architecture across hubs, sites, Lists, libraries, metadata, permissions and search.
- Build maintainable Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reporting and grounded Copilot experiences.
- Protect system boundaries and determine when information should be linked, surfaced or integrated rather than duplicated.
- Run the backlog, prototypes, testing, defect resolution, releases, documentation, training and support handover.
- Establish baselines and adoption measures with the Managing Director and functional owners, then report evidence before recommending expansion.
