Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
Have over 5 years of experience with data and business intelligence solutions.
Have experience with Microsoft BI tools such as SSRS, Power BI, PowerPivot, or PerformancePoint, or other BI platforms.
Demonstrate proficiency in TSQL, data modeling, and reporting with Power BI or similar tools.
Have experience designing comprehensive Power BI reports with interactive features, drilldowns, and nested parameters.
Have expertise creating dynamic measures with advanced DAX.
Know data mashups and transformations using Power Query/M.
Have hands-on experience with Databricks for developing and streamlining data workflows.
Be able to select appropriate visualizations and design interactive report interfaces.
Be skilled in gathering requirements and conducting focus groups to improve business processes.

Engage with clients in discovery meetings to identify reporting needs.
Advise clients on Power BI licensing options and explain their benefits and limitations.
Develop efficient star schema data models, including calculated columns and measures.
Build Power BI solutions using data from diverse sources, including reports, dashboards, and data elements using DAX and source queries.
Support deployment of Power BI solutions to the Power BI service, including gateways, DirectQuery, data flows, and data refreshes.
