Job Details

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 4 years of relevant leadership experience.

Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Have at least 5 years of relevant experience working with data and BI solutions.
Have at least 4 years of relevant leadership experience.
Be proficient in T-SQL, data modeling, and report development using Power BI or similar tools.
Be able to design Power BI reports with drilldowns, linked content, and nested parameters.
Have advanced skills creating dynamic measures with DAX.
Have experience with data transformation and mashups using Power Query/M.
Have hands-on experience developing and refining data pipelines with Databricks.
Be able to communicate visual design choices and interaction features effectively.
Have experience gathering requirements and conducting focus groups to enhance business processes.

Lead discovery sessions with clients to determine reporting requirements.
Explain Power BI licensing options to clients and help them select appropriate options, highlighting benefits and limitations.
Design efficient star schema data models, including calculated columns and measures.
Develop Power BI solutions by importing data from multiple sources and creating reports, dashboards, and data models using DAX and queries.
Support clients in deploying Power BI solutions through Power BI service.
Configure gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows, and data refresh processes.
