Requirements
- Bring 9+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Have experience building reliable developer tooling in Go.
- Have experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling.
- Have experience leveraging Agentic AI to improve software development workflows and drive large-scale migrations.
- Have experience identifying and addressing inefficiencies in AI agent workflows to improve execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality.
- Have experience working in medium- to large-scale codebases.
- Have iOS development experience in Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks.
- Be able to travel to the San Francisco office for about a week each quarter for gatherings.
- Nice to have: experience designing and developing build systems such as Bazel.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to improve developer productivity.
- Drive roadmap projects and deliver results that advance the team’s mission.
- Improve existing frameworks and tooling.
- Provide tools that improve AI agents’ effectiveness across the software development workflow.
