Requirements

  • Have 5-9+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Have experience building reliable developer tooling in Go.
  • Have experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling.
  • Have experience leveraging agentic AI to improve software development workflows and drive large-scale migrations.
  • Have experience identifying and addressing inefficiencies in AI agent workflows, including execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality.
  • Have experience working in medium- to large-scale codebases.
  • Have iOS development experience in Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Build systems design and development experience, such as Bazel, is nice to have.
  • Be able to travel to the San Francisco office for about a week each quarter for gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive roadmap projects and deliver results for the iOS Platform team’s mission.
  • Improve existing frameworks and tooling.
  • Provide tools that improve AI agents’ effectiveness across the software development workflow.
  • Address inefficiencies in AI agent workflows to improve execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality.
  • Support large-scale migrations using agentic AI.
