Typically have 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or social media growth.
Be able to develop an independent strategy and funnel and own the process end-to-end.
Have a proven track record of driving mass user signups or traffic through digital campaigns.
Have experience creating engaging, audience-specific content.
Have experience managing publishing schedules.
Be familiar with AI tools for creative content generation.
Have basic DMA tools.
Have a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
Have a main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.

Develop and run campaigns to drive qualified traffic to Plyt and encourage signups.
Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for acquisition results.
Build audience-specific content strategies for job seekers and recruiters.
Create, schedule, and publish promotional and educational posts across relevant social platforms.
Develop calls to action that encourage visitors to complete signup.
Track engagement, clicks, traffic, and signup performance to identify effective content formats and channels.
Allocate resources based on performance.
