Job Details

At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience creating engaging social media content and marketing materials.
Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and lead generation.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and captions.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Track and analyze performance using analytics tools to provide recommendations.
Support digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and lead-generation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Prepare regular performance reports on engagement, traffic, and leads.
