Requirements

  • Have 5 to 8 years of experience in GTM analytics, RevOps, BizOps, strategy, or FP&A at a high-growth B2B company.
  • Have direct partnership experience with sales, marketing, and finance leadership.
  • Bring expert SQL skills.
  • Have deep experience with sales and product telemetry data.
  • Have experience with mainstream business intelligence tools.
  • Have experience owning metric definitions and data standards.
  • Be able to turn business requirements into technical specs in a modern data stack.
  • Understand dependencies across CRM, warehouse, BI, and GTM execution.
  • Have command of GTM and SaaS metrics, including win rates, conversion, attribution, CAC, payback, and retention.
  • Be able to align Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and RevOps on shared definitions and priorities without formal authority.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build performance frameworks covering GTM health across the customer lifecycle.
  • Compare GTM motions using win rates, CAC, payback, conversion, broker attribution, and quoting performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Data Science, and Finance on funnel analysis, modeling, unit economics, and scenario analysis.
  • Prioritize the analytics roadmap and recommend where to invest or pull back.
  • Own GTM data strategy and govern core metrics, business logic, data standards, definitions, lineage, quality, and usage.
  • Define GTM business requirements before technical work begins and prioritize data initiatives based on dependencies and business impact.
  • Drive adoption of governed metrics and BI across GTM teams.
  • Build and maintain analytical inputs for forecasting, target setting, capacity planning, and compensation analysis.
  • Deliver analytics for board, QBR, and MBR materials and flag data signals that put the forecast or plan at risk.
  • Lead segment, channel, and territory analyses and present findings, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
