Job Details

Bring 7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations.
Have personally shipped data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production.
Have excellent numerical skills; additional technical background or education is strongly preferred.
Have Claude skills; SQL and Python skills are a plus.
Be familiar with how Sales or Marketing teams operate and able to come up to speed quickly.
Have experience working between business strategy and technical execution.
Be able to run an end-to-end workstream independently.
Have managed a team of analysts or be interested in doing so.
Be comfortable working in ambiguity without a defined playbook.
Experience with marketplaces, AI software, or high-growth startups is preferred.
Restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Build visibility into funnel performance metrics and provide analyses for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Work with the CRO or CMO to support spend allocation, shape GTM motions, and address strategic questions.
Set priorities and direction for analytics and applied AI work supporting Sales or Marketing.
Guide Associates as they develop analyses and recommendations.
Ship AI-powered tools and workflows, including automated outbound campaigns and intelligent engagement cadences.
Establish new channels and motions and develop repeatable experimentation playbooks.
Establish how the function and broader BizOps team use AI across analytics and operating workflows.
Partner with Analytics Engineers on data modeling, data quality, DBT, and Snowflake.
