Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a management or lead role.
- Bring strong experience with Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB.
- Have experience leading and managing engineers, including offshore teams.
- Have a strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Be willing to take a hands-on role as a technical leader for multiple SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software engineers, including offshore teams, delivering code for multiple SaaS products.
- Oversee development processes from planning through deployment.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define, scope, and deliver features and enhancements.
- Ensure development processes are efficient and follow best practices.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and careers.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and industry trends into products.
- Follow information security policies and practices and keep security in mind throughout the work.
