Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, service dispatching, or a related service coordination function.
- Bring service and repair scheduling experience; this is highly preferred.
- Be proficient with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Have a strong understanding of installation and repair processes, ideally including plumbing and related home improvement services.
- Be able to prioritize multiple requests, coordinate schedules, and manage changing circumstances.
- Demonstrate customer service and problem-solving abilities, including remaining calm and professional during difficult conversations.
- Be available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Be able to work remotely while coordinating with teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service calls and installation activities, coordinating technician schedules across locations.
- Coordinate service requests, including plumbing, flooring, wall, and minor drywall repairs.
- Address customer complaints and service concerns, handling escalated calls and coordinating resolutions with management.
- Create work orders that detail required materials and work to be completed.
- Communicate with technicians, service management, and production management to coordinate schedules and resolve obstacles.
- Keep scheduling software records and service notes accurate and up to date.
- Upload service tickets, photographs, and related documentation into Salesforce CRM.
- Arrange and schedule subcontractors when needed.
- Identify and address scheduling conflicts, service delays, and logistical challenges.
