Requirements
- Have 5+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or service dispatching experience.
- Be proficient in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Service/repair scheduling experience is highly preferred.
- Understand all facets of installation.
- Effectively communicate with employees and customers at all levels.
- Demonstrate dependability, thorough follow-up, and responsiveness.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Remain calm and composed when communicating with customers.
Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, including plumbing and minor flooring, wall, and drywall repairs.
- Manage schedules for Service Technicians across the nation.
- Create work orders for materials needed and work to be completed.
- Communicate with the Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager, and Service Technicians across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations.
- Update data and notes in the scheduling software.
- Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors when necessary.
- Take escalated customer calls and coordinate with management to resolve them.
