Requirements
- Bring at least 7 years of business analysis experience within SAP programs.
- Have strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), inventory management, and contracting processes.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including enterprise business processes and system functionality.
- Have experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements and translating needs into functional specifications.
- Have hands-on experience with business process mapping, current-state and future-state analysis, fit-gap assessments, and functional impact analysis.
- Demonstrate experience supporting data mapping, test case development, UAT planning, test coordination, and validation.
- Produce clear functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Be able to facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, and migration teams.
- Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed project teams.
- Direct experience supporting a full-lifecycle SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration is strongly preferred.
- Experience in large enterprise organizations or healthcare environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for inventory management and contracting workstreams.
- Assess SAP ECC processes and map current-state workflows.
- Identify opportunities to define and implement optimized future-state processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify functional impacts, process gaps, and potential solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configuration, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and migration specialists.
- Support data mapping and migration activities for the target SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Develop test scenarios and test cases, support UAT planning and coordination, and validate implemented solutions.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, functional requirements, workflow descriptions, and end-user training materials.
- Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and migration teams, resolve requirement-related issues, and contribute to change and end-user readiness activities.
