  • Show a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in senior sales roles.
  • Have at least five years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager, sales and marketing director, or comparable leader.
  • Have experience developing and executing strategic sales plans in a technology sales environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership and team development skills, including coaching sales professionals and managing performance.
  • Have communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, including experience engaging executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Be able to manage the complete sales cycle, from strategy and prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Be able to articulate product and service value propositions and differentiate offerings from competitors.
  • Use market insights and sales performance data to guide decisions, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Have advanced experience with CRM systems in a sales leadership capacity.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and web-based applications.
  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 40% of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed annual enterprise sales targets across the assigned Southeast U.S. territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and capture new market opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Southeast Enterprise Sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.
  • Establish key performance indicators, monitor individual and team results, and implement improvement plans where needed.
  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to implement shared strategies, best practices, and consistent sales methodologies.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to improve sales execution, knowledge sharing, and customer engagement.
  • Work with senior leaders, Controlling, and Accounting on sales budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strengthen pipeline management, lead tracking, forecasting, and CRM adoption.
