Requirements

  • Bring 10+ years of professional experience in product management, including significant experience building and leading product management organizations at scale.
  • Have experience leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions in SaaS environments.
  • Have experience managing a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio.
  • Establish and scale product management processes, methodologies, tooling, operating models, and organizational infrastructure.
  • Translate business vision into product strategies and investment priorities.
  • Use customer insights, market signals, product data, and operational metrics to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and manage stakeholders, including explaining complex trade-offs.
  • Develop product leaders and build collaborative teams across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Bring change-management experience guiding organizations through evolving processes, tools, structures, and operating models.
  • Partner effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers across individual product lines.
  • Define and execute portfolio-level product strategy with executive leadership.
  • Establish scalable product management processes, tooling, operating practices, and governance.
  • Build a structured approach to customer and market listening, using customer signals, data, research, and operational metrics.
  • Establish portfolio-level performance measures to assess product health and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, roadmaps, technical execution, and delivery priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product launches, releases, and measurable customer value.
  • Coach and develop product leaders and strengthen talent development and succession planning.
  • Lead organizational change associated with new processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Make and communicate prioritization and investment decisions using data, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
