Requirements

- Demonstrate a track record of strategic expertise.
- Have a strong understanding of social media, internet culture, audience behavior, and evolving platform trends.
- Combine big-picture strategic thinking with detailed execution and practical recommendations.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, curiosity, creativity, and interest in understanding people and their behaviors.
- Have verbal, written, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills for communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Show attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring a collaborative mindset and ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Be willing to mentor and develop other strategists.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, trends, and approaches that improve social media strategy and services for clients.
- Keep social strategies current, audience-focused, aligned with client objectives, and responsive to platform behavior.
- Lead onboarding and strategy sessions for enterprise-level clients and establish strategic direction.
- Advise clients and internal teams on audience behavior, platform trends, best practices, and strategic opportunities.
- Coach junior content strategists through one-on-ones, innovation sessions, knowledge sharing, and learning opportunities.
- Develop monthly and quarterly content briefs that set priorities and guide content development.
- Analyze performance metrics for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams on campaigns informed by consumer behavior, cultural and industry insights, and social platforms.
- Contribute research insights, client pain points, and data-informed campaign ideas to new business pitches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on on-brand work that supports measurable client goals.
