SalaryTarget pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level M4: Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $191,800 - $263,670**; Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $172,600 - $237,270*; Zone 3: All other US locations - $163,000 - $224,070**. All Zones Inclusive of a 15% Bonus Target. **Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.

Requirements
- Combine operational discipline with empathy and care in a service-oriented People leadership role.
- Make decisions in complex environments when ownership, process, or information is incomplete.
- Understand the connections between People Operations, Talent Acquisition, systems, data, compliance, and employee experience.
- Build scalable operating models while remaining hands-on in understanding how work gets done.

- Apply root-cause analysis and continuous improvement in a collaborative, pragmatic way.
- Create consistent and equitable experiences for employees, candidates, managers, and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish the global People Operations operating model across employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and employee support.
- Manage People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams, setting expectations, priorities, collaboration practices, and ownership.
- Establish service standards, escalation paths, operating rhythms, and ownership models for employee, manager, and recruiting support.
- Own operational readiness and execution for compliance-related workflows, employment agreements, audits, immigration and mobility processes, accommodations, and background checks.
- Build documentation, self-service resources, controls, and standard operating procedures to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
- Establish the Talent Acquisition Operations model for recruiting intake, role setup, approvals, job postings, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer support.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve recruiting capacity, candidate experience, hiring-manager partnership, and workflow consistency.
- Partner with the Director, People Programs, Systems & Analytics on integrated roadmaps, operational requirements, metrics, data quality, and system enhancements.
- Lead change adoption for operational changes, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, readiness, and post-launch improvement.
