Requirements
- Have a minimum of 7 years in business intelligence or analytics.
- Have direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
- Demonstrate expert SQL skills.
- Be comfortable extracting accurate insights from raw, unstructured, complex data without relying on clean models.
- Have experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
- Build, standardize, and drive adoption of reporting, supporting data literacy across teams.
- Connect data to performance marketing levers such as campaign performance, conversion rates, and revenue per session.
- Demonstrate advanced LookML development or equivalent modeling experience in Power BI or Tableau.
- Understand complex models and their downstream impacts.
- Partner with business teams to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and connect data work to decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting infrastructure across the Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
- Audit existing reporting with stakeholders and identify dashboard discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to standardize reporting across assigned verticals.
- Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and provide business context.
- Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
- Execute ad hoc requests accurately and with business context.
- Develop trusted data sources to improve the efficiency of data consumption.
- Educate business teams and establish best practices for self-service analytics.
- Own assigned verticals end-to-end, from raw data ingestion through final dashboards.
