Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience; 5+ years of C#/.NET Core development experience; 5+ years building production applications with Vue.js; 3+ years of production TypeScript experience.

Have 7+ years of professional software development experience, including significant ownership of production full-stack applications.
Have 5+ years of C#/.NET Core development experience.
Have 5+ years of experience building production applications with Vue.js, ideally Vue 3 and the Composition API.
Have 3+ years of production TypeScript experience.
Have strong experience with microservice architecture, REST API design, asynchronous processing, messaging, and event-driven integrations.
Have strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including data modelling, query optimization, indexing, and production performance troubleshooting.
Have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS.
Have experience building or supporting eCommerce functionality such as carts, checkout, orders, catalogues, discounts, or returns.
Be able to independently own complex technical work and troubleshoot problems.
Communicate technical recommendations, tradeoffs, dependencies, estimates, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with multilingual applications, including internationalization and localization, is strongly preferred.
Experience in the direct selling industry and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools are strongly preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also considered.

Design and deliver complex features across user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, and data.
Build frontend features using Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Kendo UI for Vue, and Axios.
Design and build C#/.NET Core services using microservice architecture, REST APIs, and asynchronous integrations.
Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server data access, including complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
Improve system reliability, scalability, security, performance, and observability while addressing technical debt.
Package services using Docker and support deployments in Kubernetes environments.
Diagnose high-priority production issues, identify root causes, and help implement durable fixes.
Create and maintain technical documentation for delivery and production operations.
Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews, and support less-experienced developers.
Work with project managers, business analysts, QA, and developers throughout delivery.
