Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage resource capacity, recognize when intervention is needed, and resolve or escalate delivery constraints.
- Use strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with composure.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted tools for project documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Be familiar with project management or collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is considered.
- PMP certification, Scrum Master experience or certification, and direct selling or MLM industry experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client implementations and migrations from requirements and planning through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Build project plans, milestones, customer testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate software upgrades, testing activities, and dependencies across technical and client teams.
- Manage multiple client engagements, workstreams, enhancements, and statements of work simultaneously.
- Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Track project costs against plan, forecast variances, and act when financial or delivery targets are at risk.
- Maintain accurate project plans, requirements, workflows, testing records, defects, decisions, and reporting.
- Produce scheduled reporting on milestones, deliverables, velocity, burndown, budget performance, resource capacity, and timeline risk.
- Lead client meetings, status updates, escalations, and decision-making discussions; clarify expectations and next steps.
- Translate technical topics for non-technical audiences and travel occasionally when required for client or project needs.
