Requirements
- Have 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Have experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly in business language, verbally and in writing.
- Bring organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
- Present project updates, recommendations, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
- Preferred: PMP certification.
- Preferred: experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to execute software implementation projects.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and performance using project management methodologies and tools.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership.
- Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project objectives.
- Allocate resources and delegate tasks based on team members’ skills and experience.
