Requirements
- Have proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing role.
- Bring strong project management skills.
- Bring risk management skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Apply a customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Be able to manage complex, multi-country or multi-service implementations.
- Experience with HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting, or Entity Management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through the company's products, services, and ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and expanding clients during implementation.
- Lead end-to-end implementations across EOR and Managed Services offerings.
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed multi-workstream project plans.
- Coordinate delivery across internal operational teams, global partners, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee client setup, technology adoption, and platform training.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Forecast go-live dates and work toward delivery targets.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success on handoff and ongoing client success.
- Support strong CSAT and WSAT outcomes.
