Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role focused on Salesforce implementations.
- Have experience leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations.
- Have experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Have experience implementing Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Have experience implementing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate clearly with clients and diverse stakeholders.
- Be able to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Be proactive and collaborative with internal team members.
- Be based and residing in a LATAM country.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage expectations throughout project delivery.
- Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and platform growth, and propose solutions to anticipated needs.
- Develop project plans and manage milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review statements of work and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Identify out-of-scope requests and assess their impact on budget and timelines.
- Gather client business requirements and user stories, then communicate technical requirements to the Salesforce Administrator.
- Set up new users, adjust page layouts, and build basic reports and dashboards.
