Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent experience translating customer needs into shipped features.
- Demonstrate experience working within a Product, Engineering, and UX triad.
- Have experience working directly with customers.
- Be able to clearly articulate problems, proposed solutions, recommendations, and trade-offs.
- Be confident communicating with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers.
- Bring solid user-experience instincts and understand what makes a feature usable, not just functional.
- Be comfortable working across web and mobile product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points, use cases, and customer-raised requests.
- Translate individual customer problems into solutions that can be rolled out across the broader customer base.
- Understand and address compliance requirements across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate web features into mobile features while ensuring parity and platform-appropriate design.
- Define and prioritize projects and tasks based on evidence and stakeholder consultation.
- Report progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
- Own and drive product briefs in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support.
- Run gap analyses across the platform to identify shortfalls against customer or compliance needs.
