Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support to Mercedes owners in Norway regarding vehicle features and services.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, service scheduling, and product information.
- Maintain accurate customer-interaction records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve automotive service-related issues.
- Stay up to date with Mercedes models and technological developments.
- Provide personalized advice to Mercedes clients.
