Requirements
- Be fluent in Dutch and English at C1–C2 level.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Have proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar position.
- Know the end-to-end recruitment process and its best practices.
- Be familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Have strong sourcing skills and proficiency using recruitment platforms.
- Be able to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for client positions.
- Search databases and other CV sources.
- Screen and interview potential candidates.
- Provide candidates with relevant information about roles and clients.
- Match jobs to candidates by evaluating job descriptions and requirements.
- Submit relevant applicants by presenting their CVs to the internal team.
- Report to the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader within a defined team.
