Requirements
- Have 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
- Have experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Gemini.
- Have experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting.
- Have experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Have strong written English skills to communicate with clients and the team.
- Have access to a reliable computer and an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
- Prior agency experience is preferred.
- Have good personal communication and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate workflow audits and capability assessments.
- Identify opportunities for GenAI, agents, and automation to improve quality, efficiency, or scale.
- Translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans.
- Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.
- Develop scalable frameworks for multiple brands, markets, and channels.
- Own governance, quality control, and reliability of deployed systems, and establish technical standards.
- Lead training, workshops, and office hours; maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and guides.
- Evaluate AI models, platforms, and tools for technical fit and scalability, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
