Job Details

Experience in solution architecture for generative AI and LLMs.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture on OCI.
Experience with agent orchestration and conversational flows.
Knowledge of Python applied to AI solutions.
Experience integrating REST APIs, mTLS, and legacy systems.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration between agents and corporate tools.
Experience with GenAI application observability using Langfuse.
Prompt engineering skills and experience evaluating LLM responses.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment architecture for OKE.
Strong knowledge of security, resilience, scalability, and technical governance practices.

Define reference architecture for generative AI agents across voice and chat channels.
Design conversational flows for low latency, scalability, and high availability.
Structure LLM orchestration architecture using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents.
Define integration patterns for corporate systems using MCP Servers, REST APIs, and mTLS.
Guide the use of NeMo Guardrails for response controls, compliance policies, and risk mitigation.
Define observability strategy with Langfuse, including traces and cost, latency, quality, and performance metrics.
Support architectural decisions for deployment on OCI, Kubernetes, and OKE.
Design context, conversational memory, and caching strategies using Redis or equivalent technologies.
Review technical designs, support squads during implementation, and ensure adherence to defined standards.
Evolve the architecture using production metrics, user feedback, and ongoing LLM evaluation.
