Requirements
- Be fluent in Spanish at C1+ level.
- Have good spoken and written English at B level or above.
- Have experience in active sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Have experience using a CRM system or similar tools.
- Bring solid skills in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience selling high-value or customizable products is an advantage.
- Communicate effectively, show empathy, and work collaboratively.
- Manage and prioritize multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Respond efficiently and maintain momentum in the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales without cold outreach.
- Identify customer needs, provide guidance, and recommend product solutions.
- Follow up with customers, manage the sales pipeline, and keep CRM information up to date.
- Support customers throughout the post-order process until successful delivery.
- Work with architects and the factory to support production and delivery of bespoke products.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and improve sales practices.
- Contribute to improving customer support quality.
