Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of call center experience; outbound calling, market research, or similar experience is preferred.
- Have a desktop or laptop PC, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection with backup; a prepaid wireless modem is acceptable.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills, from conversational to fluent, and good reading comprehension.
- Have basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
- Be comfortable working graveyard shifts in a permanent work-from-home setup.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and be able to remain on calls for extended periods.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow assigned schedules consistently.
- Communicate clearly and confidently by phone and build rapport with participants.
- Be coachable, goal-oriented, open to feedback and performance monitoring, and able to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone research interviews and collect property key data points.
- Record interview results in the internal data collection system.
- Conduct online research using available tools.
- Confirm and update information in the data collection system.
- Follow strict guidelines to obtain consistent, unbiased data.
- Meet quality assessment standards and work monitoring requirements.
- Maintain center standards for performance and productivity.
- Cooperate with co-workers and management toward department goals.
